No Refunds

– All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.
  • The exchanged item must be of equal or lesser value than the original item.
  • If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.

Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact our customer service team immediately to initiate the exchange process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange and ship the new item.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or exchange for the same item.
